Took Our Money And Didn't Show Up

Martin took our 3K deposit then never showed up to do the job. Multiple excuses over multiple months but has not returned the deposit nor completed the work. The excuse we were given was basically 'I've had a tough year'. That's no excuse to take someone's money.
