Quick to respond, however staff were ill-equipped to complete snow removal in an effective manner. Had discrepancies between quoted rates. One of the workers appeared to not have the proper snow attire and required to use our heated mechanical room to dry off (socks were removed as he was soaked). Not a great experience, will pay a bit more to get better quality snow removal
