I have moved numerous times and never dealt with a situation like this where from the time my countertops were installed with Jason and his team till now ongoing weather it be wrong measurement to now streaks because I believe it to be a defective product so I let Jason know at which point he called the supplier to deal with it saying its out of my hands now, and they came with different chemicals with Asian writing on them which I know even made the countertops worse so they came a second time with different chemicals that I dont know what these were either cause foreign writing on them as well and if there even approved to be used in the country.(and by the way when I asked Jason how to clean it he said soap water or vim ) So now Im left with really bad countertops all over and when I tell Jason about this he points me to the supplier saying its not his problem. Thats like saying you buy a car from a dealership and if theres an issue take it back to the manufacturer who made the car. In the beginning when I asked Jason and Janet about any problem or issues they would deal with everything which makes sense because Im buying from premium countertops. So if you plan on dealing with premium countertops at first they will tell you that theyll take care of any problems or issues but NO they wont. Im extremely disappointed, very upset and frustrated from this company who doesnt seem to care about customer service or anything when it comes down to it. And this has been going on for months now. Im at the point where Ill take legal actions towards premium countertops.
