I wish I read the reviews first.
Ken came by and seemed nice and knowledgeable so I hired him to refurbish our kitchen cabinets. For what I paid, the end result war horrible. It looked like an inexperienced kid painted our kitchen and my wife and I are distraught. We don't know what to do now and are stuck with ruined cabinets. We will contact the license board because this person should not be in business.

I needed my bathroom painted. What I got was streaky bathroom walls with the cheapest paint available. Single coat and 3 hours later and I can still see the old light brown color under the the paint.

He took my deposit and left job unfinished very unprofessional. Lawsuit filed. Please do not use him for any of your home improvement goals. He is very rude and will not answer calls after taking your hard earned money.

Ken stated that he would go through the process of cleaning cabinets with thp sanding and properly painting the cabinets. Deposit was given and Ken showed up and started to paint while cabinets without cleaning or sanding which of course will not last. Ken grabbed his gear and walked out refusing to give money back or finish the project when asked why he was out in the work he was paid to do.

His quote was identical in process to the other bits I received but probably 25% cheaper so I figured I would go with it. I tend to stay out of the way of a contractor trusting they know what they are doing.... Based on the time he finished, there is no way he could have taken the full prep steps that he committed to and the quality of the finish is evident. He finished the job that should have taken 2 Days in under 4 hours and the quality was garbage...

Despite warning signs I agreed to hire Ken because he did work for a friend. Worst decision ever.

Hired him do to an interior and exterior job. Similar to other posts here he took my money and did not finish the job. The work that he did complete was amateur at best and he was weeks late in completing what he did. When asked why he left he was rude and confrontational. He owes me over $1.5k in deposits and unfinished work.

DO NOT LET HIM IN YOUR HOME

This painter charged me and my neighbour 50% down payment for the exterior painting service on August 2020 and promised to paint our house and never started the service until now August 2021.

He promised to return our deposits and never sent the money back to us.

W are going to take legal action.

Horrible Experience, Stay away from this Company. Made contract in June 2020 for one day job valid $700, painting exterior.
Gave an advance for $200 and they never turned for work even after one year. Does not pick up phone and do not reply by text.

After two days of only 3 hours of work each day, two trips to paint store I spoke to Ken to politely request 3rd day be a full day of work and he showed up next day took his stuff, turned off his phone and never came back. TOOK MY MONEY - Paid over $1500 and not even the ceiling has been completed. My condo is a two day job total with other more professional painting services. They left my home in complete disarray, cabinets against the kitchen, couch disassembled, boxes etc etc. Other painters have to redo the very little that was painted as cheap/incorrect paint was used in the one bathroom ceiling that was painted (in 2 full days) and already bubbling! Also many imperfections on the ceilings. He also dumped 3 tins of paint on my floor when he left that are not the correct colours. Upon doing a search this has happened with TONS of other clients on-line. I didn't do my research because he was referred by a friend but hopefully you do yours!!! Do not hire this company! Watch the blog TO video of this company owner completely disregard a home owner. I had the same issue, attitude and lack of professionalism.

I contracted Ken at condopainting.ca to paint our two storey hallway. He provided a quick remote quote with me sending him some pictures and a description of the work. His pricing was inclusive of paint and was very competitive.

He perform the job over two day at a very high quality and was very neat. We were extremely pleased with the work
