Unprofessional, disorganized, poor communication and workmanship

The owner has done some work for me in the past. He left the job undone and didn't return the prepayments I had made. I had him put down laminate flooring, but he failed to ensure that the floor was level before putting it down. There were lots of gaps all over the place as well.
As a result, I had to hire another flooring installer to redo the work.

Back then he was operating under ESAD renovations. He has since registered another company "DASE group" and is now operating under "Dutch Design & Finishing Inc.".
