Floor Laying & Refinishing review in

Was late every time. Then stopped responding to calls and messages. Did 3/4 of the job (at first the cuts weee good then on the second day he or his team member started to slack). He asked to be paid when before that he told me wanted his clients to be fully happy with the job first. Then turned around and asked to be paid IN FULL. He WAS paid and the job is still incomplete. STAY AWAY. DONT fall for his calm and collected composure.
