They are one of those professionals you wished there were more. They were really honest in the assessment and provide me with the offer what I need and did not try to over sell me. Searched on HomeStars for garage door repair as the torsion spring had broken, got a call within seconds and was informed the technician would be there within the next two hours. Monty came within 45Mins and had the job completed in the next 30mins or so. The courteous efficient in his work and even made sure the garage door opener was reset before he left. I am greatly impressed buy their professional, timely service and would recommend this company without question.

Monty came and performed some routine maintenance on the garage door. He determined that the door was jerky when closing due to a bracket that needed replacing. He came back a couple of days later, replaced the part and the door is now running smoothly.

They were very responsive coming out for the initial consult and they quoted and took deposit during the initial visit. This was important as the weather was turning bad and I wanted it done before winter. The door was ready in about the time predicted (no small feat these days) and the installers came on the day scheduled. Due to the age of the garage (80 years+) and the modification done to it to extend it forward, the installation was a real challenge. The team worked a full day and even came back the next to finish. They had to modify the structure and add some framing but got the job done. Very impressive, I feel like an other company would have just said "can't be done" and left. They even braced an old wooden shelf that was in the way of the new tracks and needed to be modified. I was amazed they didn't ask for a surcharge for the additional work.
