Better Ridge Roofing did our roof five weeks ago, they were short two roof vents. They have done three houses since and still have not finished doing our roof. Every time we talk to Steve he promises he will finish the job but never does. Now he wont answer our calls, we paid him up front now we have to find a roofer to complete the job which Steve wont. The I guess we have take Steve to small claims court. We will follow up and let all of you know how we made out.

We recently had our entire roof replaced by Steve and his team. This is our first home and our first time having our roof done - we were nervous about the process but Steve and his team were extremely professional and friendly and answered all of our questions. The team did a great job cleaning up every day before they left and we are beyond satisfied with the entire process and final job. Emergency roof leaking, July 2020. Steve came out the same day ,Saturday , to look at roof. Had to do whole roof. Came back did the job on Friday and Saturday. Very pleasant fellow, crew was good too. My only one itty bitty thing, was as a home owner we always check after job is done. I checked area where trash trailer had been parked and found a few roofing nails, gravel driveway, that I picked up. Thought I had them all but in Sept, got a flat on my lawn tractor. Roofing nail. We just had the windstorm Nov. 15, 2020 and not a shingle missing. I recommend this company.

We had a great experience this fall having Steve and his team replace our roof. They were on time and did a great job. We especially appreciated their clean up efforts. They did a great job tidying up so that our kids and dog could safely get back out around the property. We would highly recommend Better ridge for anyone looking to replace their roof.

Needed a new roof and gutter covers for my ederly mother's home. Roof was installed June 25/20 and roof itself paid for immediately. Steve said it would take a couple of weeks for the gutter covers to come in to be installed. Despite my many phone calls and emails over the last 3 months about their status, I got absolutely no response from Steve. Although we were pleased with his initial work we are not happy with his lack of follow up. I shudder to think of how he might handle a warranty issue should a problem arise.

Steve and his crew just finished up transforming our house. New roof, siding, fascia, soffit, seamless eaves with gutter guard etc.. They shortened some peaks and cut off an awning to tighten up the look. The house pops with character and the craftsmanship is top notch. I will be working with them again and if I can help find jobs for this company in the future I will. Very happy with the job. Well done they should be proud.

The scope of the project required new shingles on the sloped parts of the roof and new flat roofing extending down both sides of the buiding. It was a very large job. Steve was great to deal with. He communicates clearly how he wants to complete the work. If he needs to alter his plans due to unforeseen circumstances he explains what the problem is and suggests the best approach to resolving the issue. I valued his opinion on the best way to proceed and his focus on saving money where possible.

The price was fair and the service was excellent. I am completely satisfied with the finished product. I was most impressed with how polite Steve's crew was. They were proffessional and I appreciated this. Especially around my young family.

Showed up on time as promised. Got straight to work. Clean and quality job. Steve does not cut corners he strives for quality workmanship and customer service.
