Quality has now installed our AC and new furnace at our house recently. They also serive our furnaces at house and cottage as well as our AC. Their customer serive is beyond excellent. They are courteous, they keep in touch, they do what they say and they leave your home neat and tidy. I could not recommend this company enough. We will NEVER use anyone else (and we have and it was very poorly done) and I am so impressed that I actually tell people about them whenever I can. You will not be disappointed in this company! You will, on the other hand, be refreshingly impressed!

Called Jennifer at quality homes and received a quick and pleasant response with a date and time for our issue. Jeff came to check on a noise which appears to be coming from our furnace when it kicked on. He determined it was from a loose section of ductwork and was able to stop it with suggestions for the future. He then cleaned our system and was so friendly, efficient and kind.

Extremely happy with the prompt and efficient service provided with the replacement of my air conditioner. Technicians were professional and knowledgeable and cleaned everything up after completion of the job.
Would definitely recommend Quality Home for heating and air conditioning services.

Shawn performed a detailed inspection of my 15 year old furnace. Not only was he thorough, but he explained to me the key inspections performed, the results and various options to consider to ensure continued reliability of my furnace as well as replacement options. This was a sudden breakdown, I called the office at 4:30 pm. Jeff was there next morning.Installations ,such as fire place and furnace were done by QHS. Both Shawn and Jeff are excellent craftsman. As an anecdote I taught Jeff in High school , even then he was a committed student.
The same commitment is still there .

This review comes a little late and for this I apologize to Quality Home Services, Phill and Elizabeth and crew.
We could not say enough about the beautiful and professional look of our new flooring which was actually Engineered Hardwood and the finishing touches on our new kitchen which included the backsplash and window and door trim. After countless letdowns from other contractors failing to show or call, we contacted QHS at the suggestion of a good friend who had used them many times. QHS was always here when they said they would be, worked tirelessly, neatly and provided excellent ideas to enhance the job. As a bonus, they are all lovely people and you feel so comfortable having them working on your home. Our home is a 65 year old bungalow with original flooring so there were many challenges to the flooring so we were so happy with the product and the job. Wonderful company and crew 10++, we will definitely be calling them for our bathroom down the road. Thanks to QHS.

I had my fireplaces (4) cleaned and service by this company. They were punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Great service at a reasonable price. I love my fireplaces that look like brand new. Will definitely recommend to other people.

We purchased laminate flooring from Design Carpet & Hardwood who contracts Quality Home Services for installation. We were extremely pleased with both the workmanship and the service.

We especially appreciated Phill's proactive approach as he provided transition variations one week prior to project start up in order to prevent problems and /or disappointments at the time of installation.

Phill, Michael, Andrew and Elizabeth work as a team and are punctual, competent and a pleasure to work with. Their work ethics are second to none. We would highly recommend them and will be contracting them again for other projects down the road.

Very professional job lived up to their quote and did a little extra work thatvwas needed on the ductwork at no charge have followed up with us to make sure all is well they showed us how to look after it and return each year to ensure all is working well for a minmal charge was done 2 years ago great job
