Last spring we wanted to sell our place and needed to do some renovations so we called Ed. We ended up doing a lot of renovations from big to small as it needed updating. Ed did take a longer time as he had not expected to take on so many projects in and around the whole house but he did a great job. Ed is a very committed, friendly and knowledgeable all around handyman. When we moved into our new place, we already told him that when we are ready that we would give him a call for future projects. Just made that call now!

Found EVM Builder on Home Star website, requested a quote for the work we needed done and Ed responded very quickly and we requested a quote for the job, he came very quickly and once we committed to the company the work was done professionally and in a very timely matter.

Unfortunately this contractor was not equipped for this job. His errors were costly and resulted in us having to get the job redone. Simple task of fixing minor issues in existing flooring, ended up taking much longer and costing more than ten times originally quoted budget to fix this mess. Not recommended for flooring projects.

Ed was very professional and quick to do the work requested. Finished project was exactly as required. The fact that he came out to look at the skylight before rather than give a ball park quote over the the phone speaks volumes. His quote was very reasonable and I would not hesitate using his services again or recommending his company

Our bathroom required a window sill tear out and rebuild and Egardo did an amazing job. I love the look of the project and he did a great cleanup job. He also provided me some general homeowner advice at my request.

Ed has exceeded our expectation based on the sketch and concept that we discussed. We are way more satisfied with the end result. His craftsmanship is very detailed and seamless and we are looking forward for our next project with him. Ed is very professional to deal with. Definitely, we will recommend this guy to our friends.

You know when you watch some of those home improvement shows and you say to yourself that you wish you had a Mike Holmes or the Property Brothers to work on your home improvement needs because they know what they’re doing? Edgardo is one of those guys.
