Our Samsung dryer quit blowing hot air. I was able to get an appointment at a time convenient for me and I was kept up to date by their system so I knew when to expect Steve's arrival. The repair was done exceptionally well and Steve also cleaned out the dryer and adjusted our exhaust hose for optimal drying. The broken part was swapped out and he had brought everything needed to the appointment so we didn't have to wait. There were two required fixes and both were done in under an hour. We've used the company for our dishwasher and fridge in the past, and I keep using them because this small team know their stuff, they are customer orientated, and they are exceptionally reasonable with their repairs. They also keep a log on their repair work so a return visit can facilitated if needed. They are also honest when a repair isn't going to be worth the cost so you only have the service call fee.

I was impressed with his attention to COVID (as a health care professional it is something that could make or break my decision to hire someone for our home), found his website booking system transparent and efficient, and he took the time to go over options to ensure we had what we needed for a successful experience.

Our metal tub was updated to a glossy, shiny, smooth, nearly new condition after a half day of work! Start to finish this company was easy to deal with and Tim arrived promptly on time for our project and took the time to answer all of my questions and to make sure this project would work for our needs. Their work comes with a warranty and it's reasonably priced. Update three years later: The tub is still just as it was three years after the project was completed. Our bathroom required a window sill tear out and rebuild and Egardo did an amazing job. I love the look of the project and he did a great cleanup job. He also provided me some general homeowner advice at my request.

We live in an older home in an area where there's a high water table. After the June 13 storm we were in dire straights with continual water seepage and we were ready for a sump pump. I networked with five companies and Ryan was prompt, answered all of our questions and was the most competitive with pricing. During the repair there came problems and our house presented unseen challenges (too much rebar, extremely saturated clay soil, need for an additional mud pump rental).
