Unprofessional & No idea how to lay tiles

Hired this company through a contractors recommendation. Very unsatisfied with the work. Have tried to contact the owner Ivan several times. He promised so many times to come back and never. Shotty workmanship and very unprofessional. I am stuck with a ceramics floor that is not levelled and gaps in the spacing are all uneven. Do not employ this company.
