Work was good but cost was over $100 of estimate. No fair to be surprised with additional cost. Especially thinking that we wanted to go to hard wood then save carpets.

We generally don't give a firm quote over the phone. We charge by the square foot and and we won't know the exact cost until we arrive on-site to do a proper measurement. I hope this explains reason for the additional charge. We're sorry for your experience and have taken steps to avoid this outcome in the future.
