After my previous contractor left me high and dry I reached out to Alex regarding our bathroom renovation. That day he arrived to review the project. I expressed my limited timeline as I had other contractors booked.

My renovation including tile experience was very limited and thankfully Alex was able suggest multiple great options for us that we would have never thought of. He always assured us whatever we wanted he could do but it was great to have the experience to give us some additional options.

Alex attention to detail and work ethic is some of the best I’ve ever had with a contractor. He met all time lines and showed up each day until the project was done, working long into the night to ensure I could keep all other projects on time.

Another additional note that always important to me is how clean he works. This was important as my renovation was on our main level. He would even have two separate pairs of shoes so the floors would stay clean in between cutting tiles.

Alex did a flawless job on this kitchen backsplash. He is truly an artist and a perfectionist, who takes careful effort because it is the right way to do it. His estimate regarding time and costs were spot on, and he went above and beyond in the details, producing a flawless installation of a complex tile type. (Look at the picture of how he continued the herringbone pattern across the sink. I don't even know how he managed such a perfect match!)

He guided us on colours and details and we could not have been happier with his effort or the results. He is easy to work with, very pleasant and clear in his explanations and willingness to discuss options and approaches. As others have noted, he is very clean in his worksite, and our entire experience with him was excellent from start to finish. We recommend him without hesitation!!
