John & his crew refinished my staircase for me this past summer. They were very clean, professional and did an amazing job. Communication was open and clear throughout the whole process. I am very happy with the service they provided me.

John from JP Staining & Finishings installed vinyl flooring and new baseboards in my livingroom for me. I am absolutely blown away with what an incredible job. Down to helping with the perfect colour selection. I couldnt be happier with the job from start to finish. It turned out beautiful. I would recommend him to anyone. $1600 was the cost including all material.

John and his staff were fantastic. We had them come out to our project to take a look at a set of stairs. He gave us a prompt quote which was almost to the dollar of the pricing we discussed on site. He scheduled us in for a start date and actually started on that date. (Which If anyone knows is very rare nowadays). Once the project was started they were there everyday from start to finish. The stairs and railing turned out fantastic and are certainly one of the highlights of our renovation. We would recommend JP Staining & Finishing to anyone.

We decided to do complete home renovations including flooring & contacted various companies for quotes. Janos impressed us with his sincerity and attention to detail. He provided us with different scenarios and pricing options. We decided to hire Janos to install the main living spaces (LR, DR, Kitchen, hall) and it was a great decision. He was professional and meticulous with his craft, and very pleasant and approachable with us. We were truly happy with the results and we will be hiring him to do the flooring in the rest of the house. We have recommended Janos to family and friends.

I’m very happy with the work John did for me. He replaced the flooring in my whole house and refinished my staircase. He tore out the existing carpet and ceramic tile and laid a beautiful maple engineered hardwood (which I purchased separately). The staircase was refinished but looks like a brand new wooden staircase. He also put in all new baseboards and backband around the windows.
The job was done in a reasonable amount of time most of which I was on vacation. I was very comfortable having him in my home and communicating via phone or text when need be.
