Over the past 4 years PS has fulfilled a few contracts for our home studio renovation. The custom builds have required specialist skills and careful handling of premium materials and fixtures. As a designer, I am incredibly particular about detail and I felt they had the experience needed to make sure the builds met my aesthetic requirements. They worked on our kitchen, guest apartment bathroom, ventilated 3D printing booth and main studio bathroom. All were completed within the allocated time frame and to my wishes.

If your home and build requirements are on the more premium side, and you want the reno to last decades, I would highly recommend them. They have been around for more than a decade I believe, and the consistency shows in their builds.

From start to finish ExpertRenos did a excellent job on my family home. Weve owned this house for 34 years and sold it this month. Their work made all the difference in how fast we we were able to sell. The new owners said it was evident that we took good care of it, and being that theyre a young couple with a new born were sure theyre alleviated that they dont have to put any work into it. ExpertRenos changed the front door with a beautiful glass door which added so much more light in the home. Complete renovation of our washroom from tiling to changing the bathtub, shower, and vanity. They replaced the Lath and plaster that was falling apart throughout the home with drywall. Changed the baseboards and painted from top to bottom. They had a electrician replace the knob and tube with modern plastic-sheathed wiring. They changed our old cabinets with modern sleek looking cabinets that match perfectly with the new tiles they installed in the kitchen. It was a big job and were pleased that we trusted ExpertRenos to complete everything we needed to transform our old home into what it is now.

Out of the 10 contractors I interviewed and received quotes from, we decided to award our home renovations contract to Expert Renos based on their portfolio, thoroughness, professionalism and quote. The scope of our work included a complete renovation of our 2nd floor bathroom, installation of soundproofing on main and 2nd floor, complete top to bottom Flooring, complete top to bottom painting, kitchen finishes, Stairs, Potlighting, and Complete Renovation of Laundry Room and Basement Bathroom. The duo, Manuel and Philippe, were hands down one of the most professional contractors I have encountered. Due to my profession being in the Commercial Real Estate Property Management industry, I most certainly had quite a bit of questions (on a daily basis), as well as a tad bit of micro-managing, however, both Philippe and Manuel patiently and thoroughly clarified any questions, as well as professionally handled my micro-management. They are detail and results-oriented. The subcontractors they employed were also professionals and were supervised. Their portfolio speak for themselves. Every penny is worth it. The two gentleman that came to renovate our home were great! They were fast, efficient, tidy and most of all very fairly priced. I have nothing but good things to say and highly recommend them. They are scheduled to come back to do our second bathroom and living room!

They gutted the whole basement, reframed, did the electrical and plumbing, insulation, drywall, paint, trim and fixtures. They gutted three bathrooms and refinished them. They restrained my floors upstairs and expanded my closets and created closet organizers

Phillip and his team did a great job in renovating my second floor bathroom. From the demolition stage to the final touches, I was very pleased with their attention to details. They recommended different mosaics for the shower walls, and assisted me in selecting the appropriate one that now looks fantastic. dealing with this company was a breeze, and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
