All In One Landscaping

We had the All-in-One Landscaping team out to our house to discuss our front and side landscaping needs. Right from the initial meeting, we were impressed by the owner Lucas. He we helpful, informative, and patient throughout the quoting process and was kind enough to meet with us several times in person to go over detailed plans.

After comparing his teams work on previous projects to some other landscapers we were considering, we know that their attention to detail was what we were looking for.

Right from the commencement of the project, the AIO team all introduced themselves to me and my wife. The foreman Shawn was great to deal with and handled all of my comments and questions without being condescending (as I find many contractors do). You can tell that he takes great pride in the work that he and his team does.

As to the services performed, we had them build a 10' x 10' concrete pad in the backyard (in anticipation of a future shed installation). Down the side of the house, they built a pathway that connected to our side door so we could finally utilize it as our day-to-day entrance. This also involved re-routing and upgrading our drainage system.

The front of the house is where the majority of the work was performed. When we purchased the home, very little landscaping had been performed. And what the previous homeowners shad done was questionable. Essentially everything existing was removed and re-done, a new front entrance and steps, banding around the driveway, a new garden with full stone edging, and fresh new sod all around.

As the project progressed, there were some adjustments and challenges that were unforeseen and only became apparent once they had started to dig and remove the existing landscaping. However, everything was resolved fairly simply with a handshake for simple things, or a detailed change order for more elaborate adjustments.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend All-in-One Landscaping to any neighbours who are looking for a reliable contractor - and more importantly, one who takes pride in what they do and is willing to go the extra mile.

Although our plans for the backyard are yet to be determined we plan to have the same team back to help us with that project in the near future.
