Brad and his team planned and did an excellent renovation of our basement, transforming it from a dingy storage area into a bright, welcoming living area. All of the walls, electrical, lighting, plumbing, ceiling and flooring were done precisely and expertly. The team was friendly, and accommodating when we asked for some changes along the way. We are proud to show off the result to our friends.

Stevenson Renovation recently completed a remodel of my condo main bathroom in Ottawa. They took everything out, rebuilt a shower to replace the tub, redid the plumbing, the shower and floor tiles. The vanity will come later. The young men were professional, personable, knew each of the trades required, and were very precise in their tiling work. They also finished the job in record time and cleaned up well.

I found their quote to be reasonably priced (after receiving many other quotes) and I am happy to have chosen this contractor to do the job. I would certainly use them again and will recommend them to others.

This renovation was a total gut & rebuild. It was the first stage of shrinking the main bathroom to make space for the second stage: an ensuite for the main bedroom behind it. It took just over 3 weeks which was the original time frame and the only extra cost was for the of the old asbestos tile. Brad is very detailed oriented and oversaw the progression of the entire project, addressing any of my questions and concerns along the way. His team were on time, respectful and good workers. They demod, built new walls, did all the electrical and plumbing, waterproofed, and installed new tub/shower, vanity, medicine cabinet and toilet, and tiled the floor and the shower alcove. I am very happy with work done and have hired Stevenson Renovations to renovate my main foyer.

Stevenson Renovations did an excellent job adding an additional bathroom to my basement and also extended the finished portion of my basement by adding a hallway and installing new walls and flooring.
