Before I signed contract Kayla was committed to giving me the best job painting my home. Once I signed with her her attitude completely changed. Job was rushed and many many areas completely missed. Once Kayla was informed about the missed items she was very defensive and made it clear she was not willing to come back. She called the issues I had with her work "honest mistakes" yet she never tried to rectify them:(
