We found Tianna online, and she promptly provided a quote for cleaning and painting our downtown condo in preparation for rental. She met with us and provided details as to what would be done and the timeline in which the work would be completed. She was very helpful by letting us know what items we needed to have ready in order for the work to be completed effectively. She even gave suggestions as to where we could purchase the necessary items. Tianna arranged for the painter to install vertical blinds for us, and to fix up some items that had been broken by the previous owner.
