Toilet tank to bowl gasket replacement

I used Firenza Plumbing as I live in a condo, and this company is used by them. I do recommend this company as they were relatively reasonably priced. They came in, replaced the gasket for the toilet tank to bowl in quick time (20 minutes).
Please note I had contacted another plumbing company only to have him waste my time and try to fleece me.
