When this storage facility was run by Spaces, it was terrific.
Now that it is run by Access, I cannot recommend it - in fact, I recommend avoiding this facility and finding an alternative in the neighbourhood. In my 2.5 months with this facility, I have had nothing but problems. Many seem to stem from understaffing. Two examples: I went through a detailed reservation process on the phone with a human. When I arrived to complete the paperwork, apparently everything (name, dates, ID details, size of unit...) was incorrect, and we had to go through the whole thing again. A big waste of everyone's time. And at the end of my monthly contract, the inability of the organization to respond to their phone calls (they state there is only one person working and he is so busy he cannot take calls) left me on the hook for two extra weeks of rent because they claim I didn't cancel in time - I called three times (on hold for 10 minutes, auto transfer to voice mail, and no response to voice messages) and emailed, per the instructions I received by mail and in person). Then I was told I didn't inform them in time of my schedule, and payment could not be reversed. ?!
Security in the building is also suspect - while it is a 24 hour access facility, there is no one on site during those hours to respond to security issues. The outer loading bay doors have been broken for weeks (months?), so the bay is wide open at all times and anyone can walk in. I witnessed almost no one enter their code to get into the facility - people just walk in while the doors are open for other clients.
