Where do we begin. We choose these guys for the convince factor. They dropped the bin off a few days before which was handy to load on our schedule. The day it was to be picked up I got a call saying it was delayed because of a truck breakdown. I was ok with that I said as long as it got picked up the next day as that was the day we lose possession of the house we owned. They then called at 1pm the next day and said they cant pick up the bin again as the truck is still not working. So now I have a container with all my worldly possessions on a property I do not currently own. We had to call them repeatedly and got lip service and the run around. It is now 5 days later and still this has not been resolved. Not once have they called us to update us, we have had to call them every time to see what is going on. They have no problem taking your money but they seem to think its ok to not live up to their side of the agreement. If anyone from upper management reads this it would be nice to hear from you as we cant get past the gatekeepers of case managers. If this is what we get for going with a Canadian owned company I would have gone with the cheaper American firm.
