Our Technician was top notch. The best one we have ever had. He was quick, efficient and answered all our questions. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. We had our Samsung range and our Maytag dryer repaired. Outstanding.

Had a leak from under my samsung dishwaher. Called Samsung and was pleased to hear warranty repair would take place. The service technician was courteous and professional and able to diagnose the issue which was resolved on follow up appointment today

The Service Technician Zack was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, kind, thorough in his explanation and offered to go through any issues we had or lack of knowledge about any of our other appliances so that he could walk us through them.

Appliance specialist Zach came the same day the call was put in and found the issue with the dishwasher-it was a food clog. He was very professional, made a quick assessment and gave very good advice on how to maintain the appliance for a longer life-very appreciated.

When I told him I had recently bought all new appliances for my kitchen (not just the one he came to service), he told me he would be happy to answer any general questions regarding working of other appliances too.

The technician had to come twice (needed to order a part) and managed to resolve and repair the dishwasher in a timely and very friendly manner. Would highly recommend him and the company.

Service technician came to address our freezer issue and right away knew what the problem was. He was very friendly and respectful. Very efficient and I would not hesitate to call for assistance in the future.

My washer wouldn't go past the rinse cycle. Called Elite. The lady on the phone was super nice and helpful. They called me two days in advance of the actually appointment. They texted me that the tech was 20 min away. The man took his shoes off with out asking. Which was nice in my books. Working in a similar industry. Taking off shoes can be a hassle sometimes. He was very professional and fixed my machine. Thank you elite for the time. I would recommend this place if your in need of great customer service and professional work.
