Fred continuously intimidated the client and was incredibly disrespectful, in addition he never provided proper details for the job and regardless of providing a quote, Fred continued to add cost and didn’t return remaining funds amounting in the thousands to said client, causing her significant stress and complicating her insurance claim. In conclusion, the workmanship and rate issues pale in comparison to his attitude and intimidation of his clients. This will evolve into a court case, take it as you will, all have been warned.
