RC Lawn and Garden Care

I hired Raven back in August when I took procession of my home. She worked on my yard and garden for 9 months and she took on many new projects. We had plans to work on new projects including laying new grass, installing irrigation ect. She was paid in advance for the Irrigation then all the sudden stopped coming to work and stopped answering my calls and texts. She continued to accept my etransfers without letting me know yet that she was not returning to work. She has kept $300 even though she has let me know that she wont be returning. She stated that she is too busy now. I have asked her multiple times to return my money, and she just wont answer my calls and texts. She left my yard in a state of disaster with many unfinished jobs including my koi pond that was left in an unacceptable state for my fish that I care a great deal for. One of the granite tiles she installed actually fell into the pond and now i will need to drain my pond and remove it, i asked her to come fix what she has done but she just does NOT reply,I have always been very excited about my new home and my new yard and I wanted to learn from her, but I found her to often be hungover and always annoyed with my questions. She broke two of my windows with her weed whacker (my garage window and my back office window that connects to our yard). She didnt even say anything to me about them pretending not to notice. Once I confronted her about the windows she said she would pay for them but She has yet to do so, She would not show up to my house to work and make excuses about having to take her kid to the hospital for red eye , then I would hear from our landscaping store that I just missed her picking up supplies for another job. I was willing to deal with all of this, but now its come to a point that I simply cannot deal with someone who is so unprofessional and simply put rude. I cannot believe the way she has left my yard, expecting me to be able to finish what she has started with my deadline of having this done for my kids by summer.

RC Lawn and Garden Care has maintained our residential property in good order for two seasons. They are thorough, punctual and professional and we are extremely pleased with their service. Their charges are reasonable and we feel we get good value for our money. Rob and his crew work hard to always meet or exceed our expectations.
