During a water leak event into our home, we were fortunate to have Andre and team determine the extent of the interior damage and help define the overall problem we had resulting from heavy rains in June. R1 was quick to remove wet materials, set up drying equipment and protect other items in the basement. Cleanup was excellent as was promptness to provide service a second time. In August, after house repair issues were addressed, R1 had Gustavo and Alex come to our home to do the restoration of the basement wall and ceiling. Their work was nothing short of excellent from drywalling, painting, installing trim, ceiling repainting and re-installation of flooring. Clean up was top notch as well. "Gus" and Alex were true gentlemen, and worked with an efficiency that certainly is not rivaled. All in all, R1 Calgary helped us in times of immediate crisis and then closed the project with excellent restoration.
