I had them come out to clean my furnace vents, they performed the job in about 1.5 hours and did a great job, they also cleaned my dryer vent, I was amazed at how much lint was removed from it.

We had them coming to clean our furnace and duct in January this year. Although they did a good job in cleaning, I would not recommand them to anyone. The reason being is they damaged the trim of our garage door when they backed up their truck. The wood was chipped and left a big dent. Eventhough they will pay for the damage, but it caused us some hassle. That's why I won't recommend them.

The service I recieved from the two men that arrived was very good. They were 15 minutes early, very polite, and had the job done in about 30 minutes (I dont know if thats a good thing, cause I have never had this done before). My complaint is that all the equipment they brought into my house was covered in snow, which melted all over my wood floors causing damage. These things will happen, and although im upset I was going to brush it off. I sent an email to the manager of the company to explain what happened and suggest that they bring in a mat or something to put under the machines, and have their guys wear disposable booties to avoid this from happening. It's been a week and I have still not recieved a reply. So much as a sorry we caused damage to your home, or a thank you for your suggestion would have been nice.
