I was desperate when our Miele washing machine broke down 2 days ago. Called Miele who gave me a date 12 days away. Then found Speedy Repairs who came same day and ordered parts for next day - all repaired IN 48 hours. Very professional. Excellent service. Highly recommend

Although we are not in Josh's service area, he came to us within a couple of days. He identified the fault immediately, had the required parts with him and not only repaired the motor but also refurbed it. Excellent work for a reasonable fee.

Having found a puddle of water at the bottom of our washing machine I decided to call Speedy Appliance as they were located fairly close to us. I had no problems getting through but as Josh was on a job he said he would call back. He did, as promised, and asked for details of the problem, the model, etc. He didn't think it was a fault with the machine, and when he arrived promptly at the allotted time the following day I realised he was right. The problem was with the connector, which he fixed quickly. He is a knowledgeable fellow, and the prompt friendly service means that if needed I will not hesitate to call upon their services again

Amazing service yet again. Josh has fixed the washing machine on previous occasions and we have always been impressed with his service. Called him this morning and he arrived en route to another job. Sorted out the washing machine and all up and running. Fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend and will always call when we need him. Thank you.

This company is always a pleasure to deal with...I called midmorning asking for them to repair my machine & they arrived @ 4pm the same day! I have used this company for a few years now and find them to be fast, efficient and pleasant. Machine is working perfectly and very reasonable rates are charged. Good job once again...Many thanks!!

I do NOT recommend SpedyAppliance to anyone. They essentially tried to rip me off and overcharged me by $150. The service required was a motherboard replacement for my stove (Part value of $285). They have charged me $69 diagnostic plus $12 parking, then additional $540 plus $12 parking for their work, even though the agreed price was $479 and the diagnostic fee should have been part of the price. The repairs cost over $720 with taxes, a price of a brand new similar stove. I have contacted the company several times to receive the refund for the diagnostic and overcharged amount and have yet to receive it. I am very disappointed with Speedyappliance and would recommend to the new customers to NEVER give their credit cards to them until they give you an actual estimate. Also, contact your credit card company immediately, should this company get involved in unethical behavior by overcharging you and not keeping their word.

First, Josh arrived at the time he said he would, a very good start! He explained the problem with my washing machine and repaired it quickly and professionally. Overall, both friendly and professional.

My heat-pump tumble dryer had been declared beyond economic repair by Siemens. It didn't make sense so I called Speedy Appliances for a second opinion. Very thorough, very professional and pleasant too! Unfortunately the patient didn't survive the operation but at least I know why and how. Money well spent and I will definitely use again.

Very relieved to get a voice answer the phone immediately & let me know when he will talk to me. Most delighted to receive a call back within 3 hours & the job was done in 6 hours of my initial contact. Josh was efficient, had all the tools & knew the machine very well. Will definitely call him again if I have another problem.
