Fast and responsive. Happy to have the oven working again. We were able to have the work done on spot very quickly. More expensive than anticipated - but up front about the cost before the work was done.

OMG the best service for my appliances ever. He diagnosed the right problems with all of them . Well worth the price when the technician fixed them all 100percent . I would recommend call this Company first and don’t waste your time calling anyone else. I live in Woodbridge and they will be the only people I call for now on . SAVE UR MONEY. I needed a $20 part + 30mins labor = $425??r!! So it works out to $810 an hour for the company.
Should be illegal to charge people tgat much

Company Response: You had arranged for a technician to come out to diagnose a fridge that was not cooling. We promptly showed up and after a diagnostic determined the capacitor and relay were required. We offed a solution with the part we had in stock and advised we can fix it on the same visit.
The part is not $20.00, its much more expensive then that. If you can provide us proof the part is $20.00 we will match that. We quoted the labor and parts at $380.00 and gave you the option to proceed or not to. We waited well more then 30 minutes for you to decide. We did not pressure you into making any choices. After you decided to proceed the technician installed the part and your fridge started cooling again. The labor plus the diagnostic time and waiting for you to make up your mind was well over 1 and 1/2 hour. Your fridge is working and we feel this is more then a fair price that was quoted and agreed upon before any repair was conducted.
