No phone call for not coming or late for appointment
repairman come out holiday Monday to look at Maytag dryer trouble. Said would return Tuesday 6pm-8pm. No show no call. Said he would return Wednesday between 5pm-7pm. No show No call. Arrived 7:20 pm that evening and fixed the dryer issue. Said the office would send a bill via e-mail.Had to call office for an bill to be sent to me more than a week after the trouble was fixed. A bill was sent promptly.

As you mentioned we came out on a holiday and diagnosed your dryer. We needed a blower wheel and ordered it with the supplier. We advised we would come by the next day if the part arrived, the part did not arrive until Wednesday morning and we came back out on Wednesday evening we were late by. 15 mins to the appointment scheduled on Wednesday. We feel a 5/10 is a little harsh as we tried to do everything we can. Please call us 4169003677 so we can rectify this for you. Thanks
