We wanted to thank Iurri and his team on doing an outstanding job for us. We are in a condo and wanted to reconfigure our galley kitchen to give us more storage and redo the master bedroom and ensuite. Both areas had not been touched in 30 years. The work was done to our complete satisfaction, although it took longer than originally scheduled. The crew were most helpful and courteous thought-out the reno. Iurri was the best he gave us suggestions and ideas and we made changes along the way with no hassles. Due to covid and limited construction supplies he even drove to Montreal to pick up a pantry for the kitchen to finish the job. We would highly recommend Iurri and his team.

Yuriy spent so much time with us, planning our Kitchen, washrooms, and turning our upstairs floor to a open concept area. He accommodated all our requests and made sure we got everything we wanted. Got a fair quote from Yuriy and were explained why we shouldn't save on materials for the bathroom. Basement finished on time and within budget as promised, no delay despite covid times.

Yurii was very nice on the phone and in person. They finished bathroom renovation in one day. Fixed and painted walls and ceiling, cleaned up the mess, gave some useful advice on how to proceed with the leaking shower. Great experience overall, highly recommend Kozak Renovations.

Kozak renovation did a great job in my basement and master bathroom. Basement was absolutely empty and they turn it in 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and nice finished laundry with mechanical room together. In master bathroom he did amazing job with tile, plus he got it with 20% discount, that helped a lot to fit in a budget. Guys were cleaning the site everyday, and we really appreciate that. They finished everything in time and were very professional. For sure, I will hire Kozak renovation for my next project!

Yurii was very helpful with design of my new kitchen. He recommended to remove partition wall from kitchen to living room and did a huge island. My wife was very happy because of open concept which looks amazing. They finished 1200 SF of condo renovation in 6 weeks including kitchen, two full bathrooms, two bedrooms and living room. Me and my wife came there in three weeks and the progress was huge. They finished almost everything, just had to wait for a countertops for kitchen and vanity’s. We are very happy that we went with Kozak Reno and would recommend them for everyone.

Yurii was one of the several contractors that I've contacted. His quote was fair comparing to others and he provided some solutions towards the final layout of my basement.
Quote was sent promptly and project started within 5 weeks. Yurii invited architect and engineer that work with him to go over paperwork and to acquire all necessary building permits.
Project was finished in 6 weeks. His crew was always polite and on time.
Will definitely invite Yurii and his guys to work on the rest of my house.

Iurii and his team fully renovated our kitchen this summer opening walls to the living room. They have great work ethic, customer focused, always showed up bright and early and did what was planned for the day. Iurii is very honest and trustworthy, always finds solutions and suggestions that work. The job was completed on budget which we really appreciated!
