My wife hired Arms Construction to do a demolition; then rebuild of the main floor of our 43 year old home .
After talking to 3 different contractors, we decided to go with Arms Construction.. Andy and his team started the project on schedule.
Andy was very knowledgeable and informative . From Day 1 , Andy kept us informed of everything that was going on. Whenever there was a problem , Andy talked it over with us, and always came up with the solution.
The project was completed on time, on budget, and exceeded our expectations.
Arms Construction did a fabulous job.
We would highly recommend them for any job; whether it be big or small.

Andy has completed 4 full bathroom renovations for our rental properties. Work was very well done and completed in a timely manner as per the schedule Andy provided. The full bathroom renos took 14 days or less. Any delays were promptly communicated with a valid reason. Any additions to the scope due to unexpected findings during the demolition phase were also promptly communicated and a revised quote provided. Andy kept to the budget we set and provided great service. He also took care to ensure carpets and the remainder of the building that had to be walked through was always cared for well with drop sheets to protect the floors from any damage or dirt. We would definitely call Andy again.
