Edit 07/12/21
I recently noticed that the caulking under my patio door was removed, but was never caulked back. Similarly, while I was up on my roof I noticed there was one part that was redone, but on the opposite side the old caulking was left on. I have called multiple times and sent photos of this issue to the company to resolve this issue but have gone largely ignored which is odd for a company that claims to be 100% customer satisfaction focused.
