This company promised to come to our home to refinish an exterior pergola May 22 after engaging them nearly 2 months ago for the work. We explained that we are in a time crunch and need them to do the job or just tell us they can't. They changed the time of the painting 4 times and always blamed the weather. The weather is perfect today and they are a no show. I am angry as we have been strung along and mislead. I left a message and was ultimately called back by Parker 2 hours later who told me he didn't appreciate me being angry and contacting him on a weekend. I am self employed as is my husband and the client/customer always comes first. I told Parker that my husband is now scrambling to do the job himself and we are firing them. He stated "good for you" and "I don't care". Well said, Parker. Your words and behaviour are a perfect match.

Only God controls the weather. We showed up on the Saturday that was planned, still before their needed deadline. Yes, we were delayed on getting there that day as the paint store had us waiting over an hour for the stain we needed for the project.
As my painter was walking up the driveway, I told him not to bother and to just leave the stain that we had just bought for them. We do not tolerate clients using this type of tone or language with us.
