Yevhen responded quickly and came out to diagnose some problems with my old fridge (we ultimately decided it was time to replace it) , and then 3 weeks later helped us with the water line connection to a new fridge. Yevhen came when he said he was going to, explained what he was going to do and explained what his fees would be, and then did the work quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone and will be calling him again if we need anything else in the future.

This was the second time I've had Yevhen come for repairs. On the first trip, our dryer wasn't heating. He quickly diagnosed that the problem was a broken element. Rather than try to sell us a new part, he offered to solder the broken element. That was three or four years ago, the dryer still works perfectly.

On our most recent repair (mid-April, 2022) we had a persistent leak with our washer. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and returned the next day. He's a total pro and we highly recommend you choose him. And thanks, Yevhen!

I had a tear on the seal of Whirlpool front load washer and contacted Yevhan. He ordered the part for me and came over the next day to fix my washer. He was very professional and didn’t waste a second when he came over. Amazing communication via text and email and most importantly he was so efficient in fixing. The machine is working perfectly now and I’m very satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend!
