I was having a problem with my washing machine - periodically not doing a final spin. Yevhen was quick to respond to my email. He checked my machine and tested a couple of things. I felt he was very thorough and although my machine is older and in good shape, he made some recommendations to try out. He was honest, didn't do any unnecessary dismantling. It means a lot to me to be able to rely on repair people and I really appreciated what Yevhen did, what he explained and how professional he was. He's on my go-to list now, if I have problems with any of my appliances.
