On return visit (he is always on time), with parts, he made repairs. I was concerned about making payment - would I ever see him again if problems remained unsolved? In fact, one appliance remained troublesome... in one call, he was back with alternative fix that worked. Yevhen is no hassles, knowledgeable, trustworthy and on schedule.
