I received a call from my elderly mother that the toilet wasn't working in her home. With visitors staying over she was under pressure to get the problem resolved quickly. I contacted Grizzly Plumbing and Heating and Brad was wonderful from the moment he answered the phone. He took time out of his schedule to assist my mother within an hour.
Brad was extremely thorough with his work and very professional. He treated my mother with care, compassion and respect like she was his own family. The toilet blockage was resolved immediately, however I decided to go out and purchase a new toilet (it was time) and the next day Brad was kind enough to go to the store and pick it up for us and install it. We met his apprentice Andrew who was equally fantastic. Andrew cleaned up after they were done and left the bathroom looking immaculate.
I would not hesitate to use Grizzly in the future and highly recommend them to others. You won't be disappointed!
