Great customer service. Gives you a great price that is based on your specific needs. Highly recommend! Ive used their Moving service for long distance and local moves and would not use anyone else. They have always been nothing but efficient, trustworthy, honest, and friendly. Moving is stressful to begin with and finding someone that can be trusted and reliable is a huge plus for me. First things first :Was able to talk to a person anytime I called, very important if I am going to spend 3k+ on a job.
Second: I was able to change the move date with 1 call, that was a huge relief logistics wise for us
Third: Professionals, fast packing , fast moving, they got everything that was required. no compaints about you didnt mention this or that.

It started with great customer service with the scheduling process and then on the day of the move, my movers were very professional, respectful and handled my belongs with the utmost care. They absolutely eased the stress that comes with moving. I highly recommend this company.

This moving company did an amazing job. My cousin was moving out of HAMILTON and they did great. Smooth and easy! They really handled everything from start to finish. It made the headache of moving a lot easier. The price was fairy reasonable as well. They were very responsive in my calls and messages. Next time i need movers, Ill be sure to reach out to them again.

Number 1 Movers were kind, professional, and fast! Nothing was broken or damaged. They displayed so much care and skill in moving our things. So grateful they helped us move into our home. 10/10!

They are very transparent about the costs involved, have excelled processes that they follow to ensure that they have packed everything and you receive it all on the other end and they are flexible with the delivery date which helps a lot. In general I would say it's best to spend a little bit more for this peace of mind. My cousins chose cheaper movers and lost 70% of their boxes with thousands of dollars. Go with these guys they're the best by far.

Theyre great at their job. The team is very friendly and professional and they quoted a very fair price for the move. The entire move became smooth and easy-going with them. I will surely use them again in the future whenever I have to move.

Nightmare! Half our shipment was unloaded midway across Canada without our knowledge or consent. We received one half a week later than the due date and were then expected to pay in full. We refused that so they kept our other half at ransom. A month later the second half arrived at our drive, this after the driver called me and asked me to meet him at a truck stop, get in his cab and inspect that this was my stuff! Right, what woman is going to follow a stranger with a foreign accent into a remote parking lot!? So the truck sat at the bottom of my drive and they refused to unload until I paid. I had no intention of not paying, I just wanted to see my stuff was in good shape first. They drove away. After a very long battle with the admin staff, who incidentally you cant get hold of without threatening police action, our stuff arrived in a uhaul van, smashed and broken, water damaged and several items missing.oh and we got three boxes of someone elses stuff. These people have no idea what they are doing and they dont care. The reason they are cheap is because they hire migrant kids who have no knowledge of packing and shipping. If you value your belongings, please do NOT use this company. If you need proof, contact me and I will gladly provide more photo evidence.

We highly recommend this company for excellent and impeccable service. The movers were very respectful of our things, were pleasant to deal with and worked diligently to help us in any way they could. They even offered suggestions on how we could make the process go more smoothly
