Incredible experience with them! Communication was extremely clear and efficient leading up to the move, even with a change in customer service rep during the process. My movers were wonderful to work with. They were professional, kind, efficient, and demonstrated quality work. They were able to pack up my studio with over 30 boxes and several furniture pieces into their truck in under an hour (while sharing a double-booked freight elevator). Crew was especially careful and effective wrapping all of my fragile items and furniture (there was a lot!!), and I expierenced no damages. Once at the new apartment they placed everything where asked and rearranged with care and patience. The whole move took about 3 hours which was a pleasant surprise. Cost was slightly more expensive than some other quotes I received but still well below several others. I went with Number 1 Movers because of the consistently positive reviews, and I am so glad I did.
