Djilani Enterprise

My elderly parents paid for grass cutting services. The grass is a foot long in some areas. They haven't shown up in weeks. It's too bad, things started out very well, then they stopped showing up. I would have given a 5 star rating up until now. A partial refund should be given for services not rendered. Now I, also a senior, will have to go cut their grass. If they show up in the next few days I will alter my review. ***UPDATE*** After writing the above review they arrived later that day. So I've changed my overall rating to 8. The grass should have been cut 2 weeks ago.

I wanted to take the time to thank djilani enterprise and associated for taking the time to help us for a long and hectic move that was in need of patient strong men.

Carpet cleaning detailed job, very clean and professional job. For sure will refer. One of the few companies that showed up on time and short notice.

Excellent service highly recommended service provider, i advise people to give them a chance have a great day.

Did not call to let me know they would be late, called them twice for update on timing past scheduled appointment. Finally 1 1/2 hours later call that they were involved with police pull over and not coming at all. Gave them second chance and rebooked for next morning at 9:00 Did not show had to call and told stuck in traffic. Finally arrived 40 minutes late. Terrible professional attitude and critical of client's expectations, i.e. showing up, calling, etc. Final insult ran out of bags, charged me $20 plus tax for 2 yard waste bags. Also charged $20 over quote of $45 per hour - charged $132.5 for 2 1/2 hours of work.

I got a response right away and the work was done very quickly and efficiently. I am happy with it. My only suggestion would be if they could provide yard waste bags (if the client doesn't have any) and include it in the cost of the work. I only had plastic garbages to use and now I will have to transfer the yard waste to paper yard waste bags since the city doesn't accept plastic bags for this type of waste.

Overall though, happy with the service.

As a repeat customer, I can confirm that the owner is very professional and concerned about the quality of his work. Communication was great and they followed up to confirm I was satisfied. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.
