I would give an 12-star rating to Kaayla, who is very professional and a perfectionist while being very friendly as well. The grout in my bathroom is sparkling fresh again and she did not leave until she felt it was as good as new. Thank you, Kaayla!

My shower was in need of a deep cleaning..tile, grout, glass door, frame and walls. Kaayla from Axia Grout Care removed the old caulking and applied mold/mildew resistant silicone caulking. She cleaned all the grouting, cleaned the walls and floor of the shower, got rid of the soap scum on walls and glass door and cleaned the shower head. I now have a shower that is so clean, I dont want to use it! It looks brand new! Kaayla was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. While it may seem costly to have the work done, it was worth every penny. I cannot recommend her highly enough!! Thank you, Kaayla!

Our shower was in dire need of the fantastic service provided by Axia Grout Care. Kaayla spent hours to perform the job to perfection and did not leave until it was done to her high standards! First she sanitized the shower, and removed the grout stains, calcium build up on the shower nozzles, and then removed of all the horrible brown and black moldy silicone caulking that was on every corner of the shower stall. A fungicide was then applied to ensure all of the horrible mold was eliminated. A perfect bead of silicone caulking was finally applied. I am thrilled to have a nice clean shower, it feels brand new!

We've had mold issues with our main bathroom's bathtub caulking, bathub tile grout, and drains for several years. We were worried we'd never be able to get rid of our mold issues, but Kaayla and her expert work solved our mold problem. She even took the time to give excellent suggestions (and some sample products) for keeping mold from returning. The final result was a pristine bathtub, tiles, grout, and drains. She solved our problem and our exceeded our expectations. She also arrived on time, explained what she was doing, and was very professional and easy to deal with.

We're getting her to do the same treatment for our second bathroom. I highly recommend her for restoring your bathroom shower/tub to a pristine state.

Kaayla was wonderful! She arrived exactly at the time she said she would, was friendly and easy to have in our home for the day. She arrived with specialized equipment and really knows her stuff when it comes to showers (tiling, grout, caulking, you name it!). She did a fantastic job cleaning, de-molding, re-caulking and re-sealing a shower that had not be cleaned in a very long time (that we inherited from the previous owners of the house). Its now so clean and sparkly that its hard to believe its the same shower! Kaayla is absolutely worth every penny.

Called Kaayla and she came to clean bathroom tiles, not only were the tiles cleaned the bathtub and fixtures were also cleaned so well they looked like brand new. Kaayla was on time and spent 7 hours doing what she does best, the only time she stopped was to have her lunch. I cant say enough about Kaaylas professionalism and work ethic. She did a phenomenal job and even did some extras. She caulked around our kitchen sink for us as well. Will definitely use her again and will be giving her name to family and friends. Would give her a 10 out of 10 but rating showed only 5 she defined deserved a 10 out if 10

We had some reno's done but didnt do our floors due to our budget. So we looked into cleaning and came accross Kaayla at Axia Grout Care. The tiles had not been preffsionally cleaned in 17 years. Some areas were quite stained on the grout. I was amazed after Kaayla was finished. It was so much brighter and even the most soiled grout looked new. The other thing was Kaayla is so easy to work with. From her initial call, to emails, to a guaranteed appointment, it was so easy. Literally follow her instructions and it was simple. I would definetly recommend her services to anyone that wants their floors to be cleaned professionally.
