We called Axia cleaning to deep clean our shower stall, replace the old caulking (mainly due to black mold starting to appear in several areas) and to apply a new silicone around the bathtub.
I am very satisfied with the service and results provided by Kaayla. From the initial conversation when I called her, she took the time to explain many aspects of the job, and based on my pictures she sent over very detailed quote. She arrived on time for our meeting, equipped with mask and protective slippers and blankets for the floor, and several bags of her work equipment. This lady is very organized and detail-oriented in her job. She worked meticulously for 7 hours straight focusing on every inch of the surface. Kaayla is very knowledgeable technician. She explained what cleaning routine will help my shower remain in good condition, what cleaning agents are appropriate for different surfaces, advised on various tools which can be helpful to clean the shower. She left the place very clean with our shower looking great. I am a picky customer and I was glad I found the right person for the job because I am quite satisfied at the end.
