J and J Moving Company

I called J and J to inquire about a very last minute move of my grandmother's furniture as we had to move her into a long-term care home on a rather emergent basis. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind and proactive - I was even sent a text with reassurance that the crew would have their own PPE for the move (due to COVID-19)! They were early, polite and very efficient. They were able to provide accurate predictions of their timing and wrapped everything carefully. When we had to move some furniture into storage they made sure everything was carefully loaded and packed. Overall, I had an incredibly positive experience and would recommend J and J to anyone who needs help moving!!

They arrived on time, were amazingly efficient in packing and unpacking the truck and were very careful not to touch any of our newly painted walls. Great service and great people, I would recommend them and will keep them in mind for the future.

Scott and Ozzy arrived on time, and they came prepared with gloves and mask's. They were very careful with my furniture and did an excellent job loading and unloading the truck. They even helped me place the items at my home. They double checked the truck twice for any forgotten items, and were pleasant to deal with. If your going to move, i highly recommend you contact J and J Moving to help you. They were affordable and efficient.

We are so thankful to have come across J and J moving company on Homestars. After a lot of research, we met with John, the owner , who came by to our home for a survey of our belongings- he was kind, courteous, professional and on time. From the very beginning John kept in contact with us as we got ready to move and even through the pandemic was able to deliver incredible service and customer service.
Scotty and his team were professional, fast and very respectful of all our belongings. They literally did a move that no other company in the city could do, for by far the best price, in the fastest time and overall attitude towards everything we asked for and needed. And all this during a pandemic!
No hidden fees or weird quotes, it was all very straightforward and easy, as a customer I really appreciated that.

Sccot was very efficent, professional and punctual. He came on time, wrapped everything which was not wrapped. He and his colleague was very fast. I'll definately recommend him to all.

Albert and Sonny did an amazing job during the move! They were friendly, professional, and quick! J&J was very professional from the time that the movers arrived until everything was unpacked/assembled at the new house. I was especially impressed at how responsive John and the movers were to my requests to take extra health and safety precautions given COVID-19; the movers wore gloves and masks for the duration of the move. The movers were careful, respectful and honest. I would recommend J&J.

I recommend others to book movers in as early as possible, when you are moving from condo to condo. Don't worry they should accommodate. otherwise you will not have time with elevators at next location.

The guys from this moving company were right on time .very professional and fast . Things got much quicker then anticipated . they wrap every thing perfectly and nothing was damage. Very polite and understanding . Even tho it was one of its kind of moving but they were organize .
