I called J and J to inquire about a very last minute move of my grandmother's furniture as we had to move her into a long-term care home on a rather emergent basis. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind and proactive - I was even sent a text with reassurance that the crew would have their own PPE for the move (due to COVID-19)! They were early, polite and very efficient. They were able to provide accurate predictions of their timing and wrapped everything carefully. When we had to move some furniture into storage they made sure everything was carefully loaded and packed. Overall, I had an incredibly positive experience and would recommend J and J to anyone who needs help moving!!
