After a few of delays they finally came and were amazing. Contractors were efficient, explained what was happening, and they cleaned everything up very well. My only concern was when they quoted the job the didn't mention that the lower, back roof didn't need to be replaced and was not a part of quote. I thought that the price included that part of the roof. A better explanation on the quote would have been helpful.

On the top of all of our quotes it says "Designated Areas" and that's where we put exactly what we are doing- whether it's entire roof vs. upper roof vs. lower roof etc. apologies if there was any confusion.
