Taylor was great. He was prompt at getting in touch and setting a quote, was confident about the solution he proposed, and went above and beyond in recommending several ceiling fans to us that fit our budget and style. I appreciate that he communicated when he thought there might be a conflict with our appointment, and worked with me to find an earlier time so we wouldn't have to wait. He installed the fan quickly and didn't mind my son staying to watch! He took away the old broken fan and disposed of it for us. Excellent service throughout and the new fan works great.
