They answered my call promptly, provided an estimate over the phone, and scheduled the repair for the same day. Jack gave me a courtesy call while he was on route, provided several different repair options to consider (under no pressure), and completed the repair in 1 hour. Jack was professional and friendly, and the costs were very reasonable. Best of all, the garage door is running like new! Highly recommended!
