I needed 6 hardwood floor boards replaced in my kitchen. I called Jason very late on a Friday night expecting it to go straight to voicemail. However I was impressed that he answered and even scheduled a service call for the very next morning. Alex arrived on time and explained the process to me, assuring me it was going to work out. He was very skilled, polite, knowledgeable and finished when he predicted he would. The boards look identical to those surrounding them, and we are very happy with the work.
